During the twelve weeks, you will experience a positive shift in both your mind and your body.
The Radiant Health Transformation program includes:
- personalized nutrition plan
- flexible fitness plan
- weekly goal setting
- weekly accountability video or phone calls
- your own personal coach, supporting and virtually high-fiving you along the way as you step into the best version of yourself
Each week, you will have new action items that will move you toward your specific health and weight loss goals. Previous patients have experienced success in the areas of: weight loss, intuitive nutrition, energy levels, stress reduction, exercise regularity, blood sugar balance, positive mindset, gratitude, self expression, and balance in life in general. Your participation and adhesion to the program will allow you to experience the best results on your investment in yourself. Calls are held on a weekly basis and are thirty minutes long. Colleen asks that you trust the process and be as transparent as possible throughout the program. If desired, there will be an option to renew after the twelve weeks are up.
