Dr. Karmen Gregg

Dr. Karmen Gregg is a clinical nutritionist specializing in functional and integrative medicine. With over a decade of clinical experience, she helps patients uncover the root causes of health concerns and create sustainable, personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. Her work bridges research, education, and hands-on clinical care, emphasizing evidence-based, patient-centered guidance.

Karmen’s doctoral research at Saybrook University explored integrative models of nutrition education, blending scientific rigor with holistic principles to improve health outcomes. While she has a special interest in women’s health and the perinatal transition, her broader practice supports individuals seeking to restore balance in areas such as metabolic health, hormonal regulation, digestion, and stress resilience.

In addition to her clinical work, Karmen teaches courses in functional nutrition, women’s health, and wellness at Great Northern University, where she empowers future students to think critically, practice with integrity, and embrace the complexity of human health.

Using a whole-person, mind-body approach, she helps patients achieve lasting transformation through education, empowerment, and practical, real-world tools for wellness.

Outside work, Karmen enjoys exploring the outdoors, curating nourishing recipes, and spending time with family and friends.
